Are Harlow diamonds real diamonds?+
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are chemically, optically, and physically the same as mined diamonds. IGI grades them on the same 4Cs, so you're comparing like for like.
Are your diamonds certified?+
Yes. Every Harlow diamond ships with its IGI grading report, straight from the lab.
Do you offer coloured gemstones?+
They're on the way. Once they land in the Vault, they'll be cut and hand-polished by artisans we know by name in New York City's Diamond District.
Ordering & Shipping
How does shipping work?+
Every order is packed carefully and sent insured and tracked. Qualifying orders require an adult signature at the door, and we'll flag that at checkout.
How is my stone packaged?+
It arrives in our signature Harlow packaging, with its grading report tucked alongside.
Can I return an unset stone?+
Yes. Loose stones can come back within 30 days, in their original packaging, for a full refund. No questions, no hard feelings.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We ship anywhere in the United States for now, and international is on the list.

Do you make engagement rings?+
Not yet. Engagement rings, earrings, pendants, and necklaces are on our roadmap. Send us a note and we'll add you to the list.
Can I have my stone set elsewhere?+
Absolutely. Every diamond ships with its IGI grading report and every stone ships with its full specs, so your own jeweler has everything they need to set it with confidence.
