Are Harlow diamonds real diamonds?+
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are chemically, optically, and physically identical to mined diamonds. They are graded by IGI on the same 4Cs.
Are your diamonds certified?+
Yes. Every Harlow diamond arrives with its full IGI grading report.
Do you offer coloured gemstones?+
Coloured gemstones are coming to the Vault. When they arrive, they will be cut and hand polished by artisans in New York City’s Diamond District.
Ordering & Shipping
How does shipping work?+
Every Harlow Mercantile order is securely packaged and shipped with full insurance and tracking. Signature confirmation requirements will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
How is my stone packaged?+
Each stone arrives in signature Harlow packaging, alongside its grading report.
Can I return an unset stone?+
Yes. Loose stones may be returned within 30 days in their original packaging for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the way.

Do you make engagement rings?+
Not yet. Engagement rings, earrings, pendants, and necklaces are future plans. Send us a note to be added to the list.
Can I have my stone set elsewhere?+
Yes. Every diamond ships with its full IGI grading report, and every stone ships with its specifications, so your jeweler of choice can set it with confidence.
